Damian Wach, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Damian Wach is a licensed architect with over 25 years of commercial real estate design, development, and construction finance experience.  Since 2013 Damian has been a vice president at PGIM, a global real estate asset management company. In this role he oversees property-level risk management, environmental risk, construction risk evaluation, and climate resiliency – both in the US and internationally.  Damian is a LEED Certified Accredited Professional currently serving on the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) Sustainability Steering Committee.  He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Environmental Bankers Association, the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, and the Mortgage Bankers Association.   Prior to PGIM, Damian served as environmental, engineering and construction risk manager for Eurohypo AG, an international commercial real estate lender. 

As a son of a US Diplomat, Damian spent much of his childhood living in various countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.  Over the years he has maintained close ties with many African non-profit organizations and has provided architectural design and construction services on various charitable projects in Africa. 

Damian earned a BA and BS in Architecture from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.  He subsequently received an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.

Damian and Naoko currently reside in Westchester, New York, with the youngest of their four children.

Dawn Robertson

Dawn is the Deputy Chief Underwriter at PGIM Real Estate with primary responsibility for underwriting and closing affordable multifamily loans financed under the FHA product line and training junior talent.

Dawn joined Prudential in 2005 as a Director underwriting and closing affordable transactions for the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae product lines. She has extensive experience in affordable and commercial real estate finance including new business development, mortgage underwriting and origination, portfolio management and workouts gained having worked with Life Insurance Companies, Freddie Mac and as a Consultant to HUD, and the NYSHFA.

Dawn has a passion for giving back as evidenced by her prior and current Board Membership at the Ironbound Community Corporation and La Casa de Don Pedro.

Dawn earned her BA in Economics from Fordham University and her MBA from Rutgers University. Dawn and her husband, Philip, have two daughters.

Naoko Grace Wach

Naoko has over 20 years of primary school teaching experience (both private and public) teaching grades ranging from second to fifth grade in the Maryland, New York City, and New York State education systems. She has a master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland, College Park. She currently teaches second grade at St. Anthony School, a Catholic elementary school in Yonkers, New York. 

Raised partly in Tokyo, Japan as well as different parts of North America including Los Angeles, California, Calgary, Canada, and New York City, Naoko has enjoyed the experience of being educated in a diverse, international community. 

Naoko's particular concern is the enriching development of children in underserved communities, focusing on academic, emotional, psychological, spiritual, as well as physical well-being.  

Damian and Naoko currently reside in Westchester, New York. They have four grown children.
